Tower Workers

Axiom Wireless is now hiring tower technicians. No experience is necessary. We train and supply all safety equipment. We offer great pay, quality benefits, bonuses, and retirement plans, and we take care of our employees the best we can. Axiom Wireless has been in business since 2010 and has grown into the largest tower service company in the area because we take care of our employees. We also welcome experienced tower climbers to join our team if you’re willing to learn how we operate.

Qualified applicants will need to have reliable transportation to and from Magnolia, Ohio. Will also need to be able to travel for work when necessary, and be able to climb towers up to 300′ on a daily basis (climbers only). Most of our current work is in Ohio but we do travel at times. When traveling, crews stay in company-paid hotel (3-star) Monday-Thursday and get home on Friday evening for the weekend. ALL TRAVEL TIME IN THE COMPANY WORK TRUCK IS PAID. 

After 90 days health dental and Aflac insurance are offered. Retirement matched IRA offered at 1 year.
